We did our normal Christmas Adam activities on Monday, because Dylan and Mal were over. So our Christmas Adam was going to be calm. until we put pictures of our puppies on Craigslist and WHAM. all spoken for in 24 hours, and we spent all of Christmas Adam washing puppies, drying puppies, feeding puppies, and delivering puppies.
when my favorite, Chewy was bought :(
Jenae was super torn about the whole thing, and it was terribly sad.
but i know that my mom couldn't take care of THIRTEEN dogs! And all the puppies went to great homes, so i'm happy for them.
Christmas Eve we went Caroling, which was a really sweet experience. and then we acted out the nativity with Katrina's family - so precious.
Phillip, you guys looked authentic. good job, haha.
My Dad and I went to the store for something, and the walmart parking lot was COMPLETELY empty. i've never seen it like that ever in my life!
that night, we all slept int he same room as per tradition.
Jenae and Raycelan wore matching nightgowns and jenae had her hair in curlers so that she and raycelan could look like legitimate twins, ahaha.
last Christmas my stocking was hung "like a dang cherub from the celing". i requested it again this year but i think Santa was a little tired of my demands, so he put it on the ottoman, "It's all spilled out because it fell from the ceiling". hahahahaha.
JENAE GOT A PUPPY. santa saved her favorite puppy, Lady, for her to keep :)
we all had a fun and sweet Christmas. being with the little kids was really fun, their reactinos were priceless! and don't worry, because even though Raycelan was far from her Canadian home for Christmas, she was SHOWERED with gifts, haha. inclusing 2 handmade gifts. Rebecca finished a quilt that Derek had started in the summer, and she made Raycelan a pillow from the scraps. cutest.
and i painted a picture of the two of them.
Our Christmas was heartfelt and wonderful. I am blessed with such caring family!
Merry Christmas, dear ones.
