Teepeed

real quick:
mormons are encouraged to set aside one night a week for a family night. they call it "Family Home Evening". Since we're at college with presumably no family to have our evening with, we just call it, "Home Evening". we're split into groups of boys and girls and have a little devotional and then do a fun activity and eat a snack, and it's fun.

this semester our Home Evening Boys ROCK. I've actually gotten really lucky in that department over the years. the boys are always great.

our boys this semester are on an intramural ultimate frisbee team called "The LumberJacks". they're pretty good! we've went to their first game last week and cheered in the rain because we love them.

that was a tuesday.

hey by the way, i drew my apartment as a folk jazz band called, "Tiger Zinc".

And then on Friday evening i drew us at a lumberJack game! But then while I was in the complex lounge, our Home Evening boys Trevor and Art made all our flannel shirts red, gave us uni-brows and mustaches, and wrote their roommate's name on it. we immediately erased the mustaches but kept everything else.

we decided to get back at them by TPing their apartment, but then realized that we didn't want to waste the toilet paper. so I went outside, gathered some sticks like the widow of zarephath, and built a literal TeePee instead.

and we put it on top of Trevor's car

they live literally right behind us, and their parking lot is seriously like a yard away from our apartment complex, so it wasn't hard to do. mostly just fun.

next up: General Conference!!
